1919 With HMS Vigorous when he died. HMS Vigorous was a depot ship serving Larne Harbour in Northern Ireland ( which had a prominent anti submarine role).

1919 May 12. Died Larne, "Accidently killed". It appears to have been suicide. He left a widow. He had just the British War Medal, and also a BA
